I work with individuals and families to navigate the hard stuff — grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges — and to move toward clarity, healing, and real change. Together, we’ll talk about what’s going on beneath the surface, and figure out what needs to shift so you can feel more like you again.
