Working Together

Therapy is for anyone who wants to live with more intention and ease. You don’t need a crisis to begin.

Let’s start with this: I want to hear your story.

Not just the facts of what’s happening — but how it feels. What keeps you up at night. What you’re longing for. What you haven’t said out loud yet.

Therapy is a space to be honest. To untangle the knots, gently. To make space for the questions that don’t have easy answers.

I bring warmth, experience, and a deep respect for your lived experience. My approach is collaborative — we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, and explore what might help you move forward.

There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy. Some days might feel like deep work; others might be quieter. That’s okay. We’ll move at a pace that feels right.

My Experience

I’ve spent 25 years working with individuals and families as they navigate life’s hardest moments — loss, anxiety, trauma, transition, and uncertainty.

I specialize in:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Mood disorders

  • Life transitions and relationship issues

  • Trauma

I draw from a variety of approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy — but always adapt my work to the individual. The relationship matters more than the method.
